Thai SEC has launched “Crypto Academy” to provide free online courses on digital assets
The Thai Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has opened a “Crypto Academy” where prospective investors can gain free knowledge on digital assets before making an investment. Four courses are available right now at the SEC Crypto Academy.
The first seeks to give novice investors a fundamental grasp of the cryptocurrency market, including the definition of a cryptocurrency and the workings of blockchain technology. The main characteristics of cryptocurrencies and the underlying technology are the subject of the second course. Decentralization, peer-to-peer networks, and bitcoin are also covered.
The third section covers significant crypto events from the past, the present, and the future, such as the halving of the price of bitcoin and earlier price crashes. It also discusses digital tokens, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), the metaverse, and the prospects for the cryptocurrency industry. The fourth course focuses on asset management, basic price analysis utilizing charts and other indicators, diversification, investor moods, and investment strategies.
The SEC Crypto Academy also provides investors with the Crypto Quotient (CQ), a self-assessment tool to gauge their level of crypto expertise and readiness to enter the world of digital assets.
